This rental space offers the possible use of 15 Round tables (5ft), 16 Rectangle tables (6ft) and 64 chairs. Additional time for rental is available at an additional cost.

Fill out the reservation request form and an APR staff will contact you within 2 business days. Once your request is confirmed fees will be due for your rental.

Balance must be paid in full at least 1 week prior to your reservation. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your reservation and deposit.

*Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

30 days or more before the reservation date: Full amount paid minus a $10 administrative fee.
29 - 15 days before the reservation date: 50% refund
14 days or less: No refunds will be issued.
