Note:

This rental space offers the possible use of 24 Round tables (6ft), 21 Rectangle tables (8ft) and 250 chairs. Numbers may change due to damage. Use of the kitchen for warming and serving food. Need of additional time for rental are available at an additional cost.

Fill out the reservation request form and an APR staff will contact you within 2 business days.

Balance must be paid in full at least 1 week prior to your reservation. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your reservation and deposit.

*Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
30 days or more before the reservation date: Full amount paid minus a $10 administrative fee.
29 - 15 days before the reservation date: 50% refund
14 days or less: No refunds will be issued.
