Note:

This rental space offers the possible use of 24 Round tables (6ft), 21 Rectangle tables (8ft) and 250 chairs. Numbers may change due to damage. Use of the kitchen for warming and serving food. Need of additional time for rental are available at an additional cost.

Fill out the reservation request form and an APR staff will contact you within 2 business days.

Balance must be paid in full at least 1 week prior to your reservation. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your reservation and deposit.

Refund request must be submitted 30 or more days prior to the reservation date. Requests submitted 30 or more days may be refunded up to the full amount paid minus a 10% administration fee. No refunds will be granted 29 or less days to the date of your reservation date.
